Bridge Tower Place
Our firm, in collaboration with Gross Design, transformed a two-bedroom condominium on the Upper East Side into a meticulously designed home. The primary design objective was to maintain the abundance of natural light throughout the apartment. This was achieved by removing some partitions to create a more open feel and using a lighter color palette.
One of the key focus areas of this project was the kitchen. Despite building limitations that required maintaining the same square footage, the kitchen underwent a full renovation. This included maximizing storage and reworking the layout to optimize functionality.
Another significant design intervention was in the primary bedroom suite and its closet spaces. These were redesigned into a spacious, well-organized dressing area that accommodates everything while preserving an open feel.
The final key intervention was the primary bathroom, which now features a custom-designed ombre tile accent wall, an expansive shower, and an enclosed washer/dryer combination.
Overall, this luxury apartment is a unique project that showcases the principle of “less is more.”
