DBRS Morningstar – NYC Office

Initially, we created a “White Box” for the landlord prior to starting work on the DBRS project.  We then completed the Architectural, Project, and Furniture Management for the new 27,000sf NYC Headquarters for the tenant, DBRS, who we had done several projects for in the past.  The full-floor build-out is comprised of a mix of offices and open benching for approximately 170 people and houses a large board room, two additional adjacent conference rooms that can all open up to create a town hall area by utilizing a highly acoustic folding wall system, large lunchroom and reception area café for guests incorporating state-of-the-art, built-in equipment.
