Horton’s Mill Village
Located at the edge of the largest county park in Westchester, this project represents a synthesis of sustainable planning and initiative for workforce housing, using resourceful design and current technologies to deliver community-based affordable residences. Our strategy preserved 8.7 of the 10.5 acres as forever wild open space. The remaining acreage was developed into a community designed with front porches and open spaces to foster a sense of neighborhood. The units were built of prefabricated components, dramatically reducing construction cost efficiency while ensuring quality.
